CANCELLATION, REFUND, LIABILITY AND PRIVACY AGREEMENT This agreement is made between the user ("User") who purchases services and/or appointment packages through the online appointment system, and the operator ("Service Provider") that provides the appointment and payment infrastructure. It sets forth the terms and conditions regarding cancellation, refund, usage, liability, and privacy. --- 1. SUBJECT AND SCOPE This agreement covers payments made by credit card via the online appointment robot system provided by the Service Provider, the creation of appointments, the purchase of packages, and the cancellation, refund, and usage terms related to these transactions. --- 2. APPOINTMENT AND BOOKING PRINCIPLES 2.1. All appointments and appointment packages obtained through the online system are deemed to have been consciously planned and booked by the User. 2.2. Date and time changes cannot be made for booked appointments. 2.3. For appointments remaining until the last day, the Service Provider may apply a price change. In such cases, more credits than usual may be deducted from package usage. The User accepts this situation in advance. --- 3. PAYMENT, INVOICING AND REFUND CONDITIONS 3.1. Payments made through the online system are collected via credit card. 3.2. Once an appointment is created or a package is purchased, if 24 hours pass, the payment made shall not be refunded for any reason whatsoever. 3.3. Invoicing is automatically completed 24 hours after the purchase transaction. 3.4. Canceled appointments, unused credits, discounts applied due to cancellation or over-purchase are not refundable. --- 4. PACKAGE USAGE TERMS 4.1. Appointment packages purchased in bulk are valid for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of purchase. 4.2. Credits within the package may be used within one year. Any unused credits after this period will expire, and no refund or compensation shall be provided. 4.3. All appointment packages are deemed to have been purchased on a planned basis. --- 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 5.1. Purchased appointments and packages are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party appointment provider (individual or organization) actually providing the service. The Service Provider cannot be held liable for any changes to the appointment provider, failure to provide service, late or incomplete service, cancellation of the appointment, or any disruptions due to operational reasons. 5.2. The system provided by the Service Provider is solely an appointment scheduling and payment infrastructure (appointment robot). No warranty or commitment is given regarding the actual fulfillment of the appointment, the quality of service, or the outcomes. 5.3. The User has been explicitly informed that they must carry out appointment and package transactions in advance and in a planned manner, without leaving them to the last moment. The Service Provider assumes no obligation for any issues that may arise despite this warning. 5.4. The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect material or moral damages, loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of opportunity. By using the system, the User accepts this situation in advance. --- 6. PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY 6.1. The Service Provider does not permanently store any personal or financial data of the User in its systems during the transaction process. 6.2. After payment and appointment transactions are completed, all information related to the transaction is automatically deleted from the system and completely destroyed. 6.3. The Service Provider does not share data with third parties under any circumstances. --- 7. EFFECTIVENESS AND ACCEPTANCE This agreement enters into force on the date it is read and confirmed online by the User. By using the system, the User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions of this agreement.
